We get a bag of frozen edamame in the shell, then place the whole unopened bag in the microwave for 3.5 minutes on high. remove the edamame from the steaming hot bag very carefully, so not to burn yourself and place the edamame with shell into a mixing bowl.
We use garlic infused olive oil from Select Greek Olive Oil, they do have a website and it is http://www.selectgreekoliveoils.com put 2 table spoons of this high quality olive oil and 3 grinds or sea salt and 2 pinches of chili flakes. Mix all ingredients together and serve. If you are new to eating edamame please do not eat the shell only the delicious beans inside. It is customary to place the pod in your mouth, slowly pull the pod out pop the beans out with your teeth. Enjoy!
