2bigboys.com go on the hunt, for fried Deviled eggs at Eat.

Eat is located downtown at 707 Carson St, Las Vegas, NV 89101 they do have a website and it is http://www.eatdtlv.chefnatalieyoung.com  The phone number is (702)-534-1515

Eat is near the Fremont Street Experience, Us boys heard about this place from one of our followers on Twitter and glad we listened.

Eat is a feel good story, about a woman who overcomes addiction, gets a loan, opens with a few struggles and then shines like a diamond.

The outside and inside of Eat are welcoming, with a down to earth feel. The menu is upscale but affordable. The food, original.

A breakfast and lunch spot, a nice place to start your day before exploring downtown or the arts district.

We walked in and got welcomed quickly, the hostess brought us to our table and a young man brought us our drinks swiftly. The coffee was fantastic!

I aka Plump ordered the deviled fried eggs as a sharing plate, just to get us started and I also ordered the truffled egg sandwich. Wild mushrooms, 2 eggs, feta, bacon, served on beautiful ciabatta. The bread was a perfect size and held up, making a delicious sandwich, everything was very fresh and tasty and those devilled fried deviled eggs a trip!

Pleasingly Plump, my dining extraordinaire brother, ordered biscuits and gravy and it looked fantastic when he was eating it, the yolk was plentiful. He looked satisfied dipping that biscuit in that runny yolk and gravy!

Pleasingly Plump says “These deviled eggs are creamy, crunchy and delicious! My biscuits are light and fluffy, the gravy is spot on and this runny yolk is tying it all together, Eat is a winner, a  10 out of 10, many happy belly rubs, easily approved, a must try!”

Eat, We are pleased to place you on both our quality and value pages, keep cooking with love!
